When I was about 5,6 years old I started to gain weight an as puberty started I gained more and more weight, I was about 93kg at my worst and I’m not the tallest guy so it was pretty scary health wise, but the mental affect this had on me was horrific, I eventually lost it and went down to about 68 I’m still 68-70kg now but I still see myself as that big everyday, but I’m proud of my achievement :)
